Stimulation of the soil, green harvests, ripe grapes, with a long maturation to magnify the identity of the vineyard, neat presentation: with these aspects contribute to obtain a genuine outburst of pleasure... A muscadet aged “sur lies” during more than 17 months and issued from “vendages vertes,” and is non-chapitalized. Marvilleous in the mouth, very rich for a muscadet and maintains great balance from start to finish. Serve with fish, white meats, mild cheese.
