The “Fleur de Crussol” cuvée comes from very ancient vines of Marsanne (over 70 years old) at the heart of the birthplace of the appellation, on granite hillsides in the presence of limestone colluviums. Vines are harvested manually. This cuvée is vinified 100% in oak barrels, where 1/3 are new oak. The wine is aged “sur lies” for 15 months. An elegant and suave wine, with pure aromas of the juice of white fruits, and flowers. It is harmonious and svelte in the mouth. Food Accompaniment: A unique wine, for the table, that will accompany, with pleasure: “poissons grillées, cuisine asiatique dans sa jeunesse et les poissons en sauce, les viandes blanches après quelques années de vieillissement.
