A classic blend of native varietals, this powerful and spicy red wine still retains ample freshness and elegance and moderate alcohol levels despite the hot climate. Very little SO2 added. On the nose lots of stewed red and black fruit, some tobacco and very earthy. The wine is well balanced with ripe, juicy  tannins. Great with a briefly seared tuna or lacquered iberico pork.
